1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

JustLIT is unwavering in its commitment to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially minors. We recognize our responsibility to prevent any form of child exploitation, abuse, or harm on our platform.

This Child Safety Standards document applies to the JustLIT mobile app on Google Play and the App Store and to all related services. It outlines our policies, procedures, and commitments to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and to protect children.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

JustLIT maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This policy applies to all users, content, and activities on our platform. We treat any violation of child safety standards with the utmost severity and take immediate action.

• Absolute Prohibition: Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation content, or activities that endanger minors are absolutely prohibited on JustLIT.
• Immediate Removal: Any content identified as violating child safety standards is immediately removed from our platform.
• Permanent Ban: Users found engaging in CSAE activities face immediate and permanent account termination without possibility of appeal.
• Legal Action: All violations are reported to law enforcement agencies, and we fully cooperate with legal authorities in any resulting investigations or prosecutions.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on JustLIT:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual or written content depicting minors in sexual situations, including but not limited to images, videos, text, or any other media format.
• Child Exploitation: Content that exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way, including grooming, solicitation, or trafficking.
• Inappropriate Interactions: Any communication or interaction between adults and minors that is inappropriate, exploitative, or harmful.
• Age Misrepresentation: Adults misrepresenting themselves as minors, or encouraging minors to misrepresent their age.
• Harmful Challenges: Challenges or content that could physically or emotionally harm minors or encourage dangerous behavior.
• Bullying or Harassment: Content that bullies, harasses, or targets minors specifically.

This list is not exhaustive. JustLIT reserves the right to remove any content or ban any user that we determine poses a risk to child safety, even if not explicitly listed above.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

JustLIT employs multiple layers of enforcement to detect and prevent child safety violations:

• Automated Detection: We utilize advanced content filtering and detection systems to identify potentially harmful content before it is published.
• Human Moderation: Our moderators review reported content and videos flagged by automated screening.
• User Reporting: We encourage and prioritize user reports of child safety concerns, with dedicated channels for immediate response.
• Immediate Action: Upon detection of a violation, we immediately remove the content and suspend the account pending investigation.
• Permanent Ban: Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination.
• Legal Reporting: All confirmed CSAE violations are immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
• No Appeals: Decisions regarding child safety violations are final and not subject to appeal, as protecting children takes precedence over user appeals.

5. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

5.1 In-App Reporting

Use the in-app reporting feature available on all content and user profiles. Reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours, with urgent child safety reports reviewed immediately.

5.2 Email Reporting

5.3 Reporting to NCMEC

For suspected child sexual abuse material, you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at cybertipline.org or 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

JustLIT fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations worldwide. Our cooperation includes:

• Immediate Reporting: We report all confirmed CSAE violations to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies within 24 hours of discovery.
• Data Preservation: We preserve all relevant data and evidence to support law enforcement investigations.
• Legal Compliance: We comply with all legal requests, subpoenas, and court orders related to child safety investigations.
• International Cooperation: We work with international law enforcement agencies and organizations to combat child exploitation globally.
• Transparency: We maintain transparency in our reporting and cooperate fully with investigations while respecting privacy and legal requirements.

7. Adults Only (18+)

JustLIT is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for, directed at, or marketed to children.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to use JustLIT.
• JustLIT is rated 18+ on the App Store and is restricted to users aged 18 and over on Google Play, where it is not available to users identified as minors.
• 18+ dare packs require an additional in-app age confirmation.
• Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed and their content is deleted.
• Anyone can report a suspected minor through the in-app reporting feature or by email to info@codecraftopia.com.

8. Guidance for Parents and Guardians

JustLIT does not offer accounts for children. We encourage parents and guardians to use device-level controls to keep apps for adults away from children.

• Use Google Family Link (Android) or Screen Time (iOS) to block apps rated for adults.
• If you believe a child is using JustLIT, contact us at info@codecraftopia.com; we will review and close the account.
• Report any content that endangers a child through the in-app reporting feature; child safety reports are handled first.

9. Content Moderation and Safety Measures

JustLIT employs comprehensive content moderation strategies to protect children:

• Automated screening of every uploaded video for nudity, sexual content, weapons, violence, drugs, hate symbols, and self-harm before it is shown to other users.
• Human review of user reports and of videos that automated screening cannot clear.
• Removal of violating videos; accounts involved in child safety violations are terminated.
• Regular review and updates of our moderation rules and detection thresholds.

We continuously invest in improving our moderation systems and stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in child safety protection.

10. Education and Awareness

We help users understand our rules and how to report concerns:

• These Child Safety Standards, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy are linked from the app's Settings screen.
• Every video can be reported, and any user can be blocked, from within the app.
• Links to external help: NCMEC CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org) and the Internet Watch Foundation (https://report.iwf.org.uk).
• Community guidelines that emphasize respect, safety, and appropriate behavior.

1. Çocuk Güvenliğine Olan Bağlılığımız

JustLIT, çocukları koruma ve özellikle reşit olmayanlar olmak üzere tüm kullanıcılar için güvenli bir ortam sağlama konusundaki kararlılığında tereddütsüzdür. Platformumuzda çocuk istismarı, kötüye kullanım veya zarar verme biçimlerini önleme sorumluluğumuzu kabul ediyoruz.

Bu Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları belgesi, Google Play ve App Store'daki JustLIT mobil uygulaması ile ilgili tüm hizmetler için geçerlidir. Çocukların cinsel istismarını ve sömürüsünü (CSAE) önlemeye ve çocukları korumaya yönelik politikalarımızı, prosedürlerimizi ve taahhütlerimizi özetler.

2. Sıfır Tolerans Politikası

JustLIT, Çocuk Cinsel İstismarı ve Sömürüsü (CSAE) konusunda katı bir sıfır tolerans politikası uygulamaktadır. Bu politika platformumuzdaki tüm kullanıcılar, içerikler ve faaliyetler için geçerlidir. Çocuk güvenliği standartlarının herhangi bir ihlalini en ciddi şekilde ele alıyor ve derhal harekete geçiyoruz.

• Mutlak Yasak: Çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali (CSAM), çocuk sömürüsü içeriği veya reşit olmayanları tehlikeye atan faaliyetler JustLIT üzerinde kesinlikle yasaktır.
• Derhal Kaldırma: Çocuk güvenliği standartlarını ihlal ettiği tespit edilen herhangi bir içerik platformumuzdan derhal kaldırılır.
• Kalıcı Yasak: CSAE faaliyetlerinde bulunduğu tespit edilen kullanıcılar itiraz hakkı olmaksızın derhal ve kalıcı olarak hesap sonlandırmasıyla karşılaşır.
• Yasal İşlem: Tüm ihlaller kolluk kuvvetlerine bildirilir ve ortaya çıkan herhangi bir soruşturma veya kovuşturmada yasal makamlarla tam işbirliği yaparız.

3. Yasak İçerik ve Faaliyetler

Aşağıdaki içerik ve faaliyetler JustLIT üzerinde kesinlikle yasaktır:

• Çocuk Cinsel İstismarı Materyali (CSAM): Reşit olmayanları cinsel durumlarda tasvir eden görsel veya yazılı içerik, görüntüler, videolar, metin veya başka herhangi bir medya formatı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere.
• Çocuk Sömürüsü: Reşit olmayanları herhangi bir şekilde sömüren, tehlikeye atan veya zarar veren içerik, grooming, talepte bulunma veya insan ticareti dahil.
• Uygunsuz Etkileşimler: Yetişkinler ve reşit olmayanlar arasında uygunsuz, sömürücü veya zararlı herhangi bir iletişim veya etkileşim.
• Yaş Yanlış Beyanı: Yetişkinlerin kendilerini reşit olmayanlar olarak yanlış tanıtması veya reşit olmayanları yaşlarını yanlış beyan etmeye teşvik etmesi.
• Zararlı Mücadeleler: Reşit olmayanlara fiziksel veya duygusal zarar verebilecek veya tehlikeli davranışları teşvik edebilecek mücadeleler veya içerik.
• Zorbalık veya Taciz: Özellikle reşit olmayanları hedef alan, zorbalık yapan veya taciz eden içerik.

Bu liste kapsayıcı değildir. JustLIT, yukarıda açıkça listelenmemiş olsa bile çocuk güvenliği için risk oluşturduğunu belirlediğimiz herhangi bir içeriği kaldırma veya kullanıcıyı yasaklama hakkını saklı tutar.

4. Uygulama ve Cezalar

JustLIT, çocuk güvenliği ihlallerini tespit etmek ve önlemek için çok katmanlı uygulama yöntemleri kullanır:

• Otomatik Tespit: İçeriğin yayınlanmasından önce potansiyel olarak zararlı içeriği tanımlamak için gelişmiş içerik filtreleme ve tespit sistemleri kullanıyoruz.
• İnsan Denetimi: Moderatörlerimiz bildirilen içerikleri ve otomatik taramanın işaretlediği videoları inceler.
• Kullanıcı Raporlama: Çocuk güvenliği endişelerinin kullanıcı raporlarını teşvik ediyor ve önceliklendiriyoruz, anında yanıt için özel kanallarla.
• Derhal Harekete Geçme: Bir ihlal tespit edildiğinde, içeriği derhal kaldırır ve soruşturma beklerken hesabı askıya alırız.
• Kalıcı Yasaklama: Doğrulanan ihlaller hesabın kalıcı olarak kapatılmasıyla sonuçlanır.
• Yasal Raporlama: Tüm onaylanan CSAE ihlalleri derhal Kayıp ve Sömürüye Maruz Kalan Çocuklar Ulusal Merkezi (NCMEC) ve ilgili kolluk kuvvetlerine bildirilir.
• İtiraz Yok: Çocuk güvenliği ihlalleriyle ilgili kararlar nihaidir ve itiraza tabi değildir, çünkü çocukları korumak kullanıcı itirazlarından önceliklidir.

5. Çocuk Güvenliği Endişelerini Nasıl Bildirirsiniz

Çocuk güvenliği standartlarımızı ihlal eden içerik veya davranışla karşılaşırsanız, lütfen aşağıdaki yöntemlerden birini kullanarak derhal bildirin:

5.1 Uygulama İçi Raporlama

Tüm içeriklerde ve kullanıcı profillerinde bulunan uygulama içi raporlama özelliğini kullanın. Raporlar önceliklendirilir ve 24 saat içinde gözden geçirilir, acil çocuk güvenliği raporları ise derhal gözden geçirilir.

5.2 E-posta Raporlama

Acil çocuk güvenliği endişeleri için belirlenmiş çocuk güvenliği irtibat kişimize doğrudan e-posta gönderin:

5.3 NCMEC'e Raporlama

Şüpheli çocuk cinsel istismarı materyali için, Kayıp ve Sömürüye Maruz Kalan Çocuklar Ulusal Merkezi'ne (NCMEC) cybertipline.org adresinden veya 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) numaralı telefondan doğrudan bildirimde bulunabilirsiniz.

6. Kolluk Kuvvetleriyle İşbirliği

JustLIT, dünya çapında kolluk kuvvetleri ve çocuk koruma organizasyonlarıyla tam işbirliği yapar. İşbirliğimiz şunları içerir:

• Derhal Raporlama: Tüm onaylanan CSAE ihlallerini keşfedilmesinden 24 saat içinde NCMEC ve ilgili kolluk kuvvetlerine bildiriyoruz.
• Veri Koruma: Kolluk kuvvetleri soruşturmalarını desteklemek için tüm ilgili verileri ve kanıtları koruyoruz.
• Yasal Uyum: Çocuk güvenliği soruşturmalarıyla ilgili tüm yasal talepler, mahkeme celpleri ve mahkeme kararlarına uyuyoruz.
• Uluslararası İşbirliği: Çocuk sömürüsüyle küresel olarak mücadele etmek için uluslararası kolluk kuvvetleri ve organizasyonlarla çalışıyoruz.
• Şeffaflık: Raporlamamızda şeffaflığı koruyor ve gizlilik ve yasal gerekliliklere saygı gösterirken soruşturmalarla tam işbirliği yapıyoruz.

7. Yalnızca Yetişkinler (18+)

JustLIT yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinler içindir. Çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır, çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklara pazarlanmaz.

• JustLIT'i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmak gerekir.
• JustLIT, App Store'da 18+ olarak derecelendirilmiştir ve Google Play'de 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılarla sınırlıdır; Google Play, reşit olmadığı belirlenen kullanıcılara uygulamayı sunmaz.
• 18+ görev paketleri ek bir uygulama içi yaş onayı gerektirir.
• 18 yaşından küçük birine ait olduğu tespit edilen hesaplar kapatılır ve içerikleri silinir.
• Reşit olmadığından şüphelenilen bir kullanıcıyı herkes uygulama içi bildirim özelliğiyle veya info@codecraftopia.com adresine e-posta göndererek bildirebilir.

8. Ebeveynler ve Vasiler için Rehber

JustLIT çocuklara yönelik hesap sunmaz. Ebeveynleri ve vasileri, yetişkinlere yönelik uygulamaları çocuklardan uzak tutmak için cihaz düzeyindeki kontrolleri kullanmaya teşvik ediyoruz.

• Yetişkinlere yönelik uygulamaları engellemek için Google Family Link (Android) veya Ekran Süresi (iOS) kullanın.
• Bir çocuğun JustLIT kullandığını düşünüyorsanız info@codecraftopia.com adresinden bize ulaşın; hesabı inceleyip kapatırız.
• Bir çocuğu tehlikeye atan her içeriği uygulama içi bildirim özelliğiyle bildirin; çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri önceliklidir.

9. İçerik Moderation ve Güvenlik Önlemleri

JustLIT, çocukları korumak için kapsamlı içerik moderation stratejileri kullanır:

• Yüklenen her video, diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmeden önce çıplaklık, cinsel içerik, silah, şiddet, uyuşturucu, nefret sembolleri ve kendine zarar açısından otomatik olarak taranır.
• Kullanıcı bildirimleri ve otomatik taramanın onaylayamadığı videolar insanlar tarafından incelenir.
• İhlal içeren videolar kaldırılır; çocuk güvenliği ihlallerine karışan hesaplar kapatılır.
• Denetim kurallarımızı ve tespit eşiklerimizi düzenli olarak gözden geçirir ve güncelleriz.

Moderation sistemlerimizi iyileştirmeye sürekli yatırım yapıyoruz ve çocuk güvenliği korumasındaki en son teknolojiler ve en iyi uygulamalarla güncel kalıyoruz.

10. Eğitim ve Farkındalık

Kullanıcıların kurallarımızı ve endişelerini nasıl bildireceklerini anlamalarına yardımcı oluyoruz:

• Bu Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları, Kullanım Koşullarımız ve Gizlilik Politikamız uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından erişilebilir.
• Uygulama içinden her video bildirilebilir ve her kullanıcı engellenebilir.
• Dış yardım bağlantıları: NCMEC CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org) ve Internet Watch Foundation (https://report.iwf.org.uk).
• Saygı, güvenlik ve uygun davranışı vurgulayan topluluk yönergeleri.
